Marks and report cards
Accurate marks, from the teacher to the report card
Management and teachers work together: each enters what concerns them, and the management checks before anything becomes official.

The teacher enters marks
Their class, their subject, from a computer or a phone. They can also import an Excel sheet.

They hand in the sheet
A complete sheet goes to the management; the teacher can no longer change it.

The vice principal follows entry class by class, sends a sheet back with a reason, then validates.

The report card is issued
Averages, positions and decisions computed, dated document verifiable by its code or QR.

Primary
Learning areas, mark out of 20 and achievement level: A+ Expert, A Achieved, ECA Being achieved, NA Not achieved.
Secondary
Term sequences, coefficients, position per subject, remarks, absences, awards and the class council's decision.
Training centre
Teaching units, credits, grades from A+ to F, quality points and credits earned, like a university transcript.
Your logo, your letterhead or your own imported design: the report card studio uses them, and you choose the sections and signatures.
Payments
Families pay by Mobile Money, the cash desk updates itself
The request reaches the parent's phone; as soon as they confirm, the receipt is issued and the balance updated. Payments go through Tara Money.

What schools ask us
Do we need to install software or buy hardware?
No. Zayra School runs in a browser, on the office computer as on a teacher's phone. We take care of hosting and updates.
Can the report cards look like ours?
Yes. Start from a primary, secondary or vocational training design, then add your logo, your letterhead or even your current design imported as an image, and choose the sections and signatures.
Who enters the marks, and who validates them?
Each teacher enters the marks for their class and subject, then hands the sheet in. The vice principal or the management checks, sends a sheet back for correction if needed, then validates: learners then see their marks and report cards can be printed.
Is our data protected?
Each institution is kept apart from the others by the database itself, each member only sees what their role allows, and every action is recorded in the log.
How do families pay?
By MTN MoMo or Orange Money, through Tara Money: the parent confirms on their phone, the receipt is issued and the balance updates straight away. Cash payments are still recorded by the cash desk.
